The BSG Recruitment Journey
We follow a rigorous competency-based selection process, using a variety of tools to assess both experiential base and future potential. Candidates get the opportunity to present case study work, along with undergoing competency-based interviews, to a panel of experienced BSG people. A psychometric assessment also forms part of the process. The key elements of our selection process include:
- Ensuring you get to engage with a range of existing BSGers
- Ensuring that we give every candidate sufficient insight in order to determine whether BSG is the best career choice for them
- Reducing the probability that successful applicants will leave the organisation after a short period of time
- Meeting legal and social obligations regarding the composition of our workforce
- Identifying candidates’ strengths and areas of growth, ready for subsequent on-boarding and development planning
